Introducing the Shop+ Rewards Program - earn Shop+ Points just for purchasing the things you love. Use those towards discounts and cool prizes!

Q: How do I join the Shop+ Rewards program?

A: Click the Shop+ Rewards icon in the lower right of your screen to open the rewards panel. When you Create an Account you will be enrolled in the Shop+ Rewards Program and automatically receive 10,000 Shop+ Points to use towards future redemptions. If you already have an account, just use your existing login details and the Shop+ Points will be added to your account. It's that easy!

Q: What if I already have an account, can I still get the Shop+ Points?

A: If you send us a screenshot from your Shop+ Rewards panel that shows the 10,000 bonus has already been redeemed and you have not received the Shop+ Points, please Contact Us and we can help with adding the Shop+ Points to your account. If you require assistance please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: How do I collect Shop+ Points?

A: Easy! For every $1 you spend (excluding taxes and shipping) you will earn 100 Shop+ Points. You can also earn bonus Shop+ Points for the following actions:

  • Join the Shop+ Rewards Program - 10000 Shop+ Points
  • Celebrate your Birthday - 10000 Shop+ Points
  • Like us on Facebook - 2000 Shop+ Points
  • Share us on Facebook - 2000 Shop+ Points

Q: Can I earn Shop+ Points as a guest?

A: No, in order to collect Shop+ Points you will need to have an account.

Q: What can I redeem my Shop+ Points for?

A: Click the Shop+ Rewards icon in the lower right of your screen. Then, select 'Ways to Redeem' to see a list of all of the redemptions we currently offer. You can also redeem your Shop+ Points here for rewards.

Q: How do I use my redemption code?

A: During the checkout process you can use the code you are provided in the 'Discount code' field. This can be found on the same screen where you enter your shipping information.

Q: What if I make a mistake?

A: Unfortunately all redemptions are final, so please be careful before clicking 'Redeem'.

Q: Can I get Shop+ Points for my past orders?

A: Unfortunately we cannot offer any Shop+ Points for purchases made before November 1st, 2022. If you have a purchase from November 1st at 12:00 AM Pacific Time or later that you were not credited Shop+ Points for, please Contact Us.

Q: I didn't get my Shop+ Points/my reward didn't apply properly?

A: Contact Us with a brief description of the issue and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: Is there a bonus for referring a friend?

A: Yes! Visit Here to get your referral link. If your friend uses their code and completes a purchase (minimum $50 value), we will send you a code for $5 off of your next order (also minimum $50 value). Please note that abuse of the referral feature to ship multiple orders to the same address using multiple accounts is a violation of our terms of service and may result in removal from the Shop+ Rewards Program or account deactivation.

Note: If a customer has checked out as a guest before, or entered their email in any capacity they will not be able to use the referral link (as they will already have an email associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.

Q: Can I create a second account to get a referral bonus?

A: No. Referral bonuses cannot be redeemed for orders shipping to the same address as you, this means you cannot refer family members or anyone living at the same mailing address. Doing so is a violation of our terms of service and may result in removal from the Shop+ Rewards Program or account deactivation.

Q: Can I transfer Shop+ Points between accounts?

A: No. Shop+ Points cannot be transferred from one account to another, combined for purchases or gifted. Shop+ Points remain the sole possession of the original account owner.

Q: Can I link Shop+ Points between Shopville.ca and MyShopville.com?

A: No. Since the stores operate at different prices in different currencies, we cannot link Shop+ Points between our websites.
