Sony's much-loved controller under goes a transformation for PlayStation 4 as the Dualshock 3 evolves into the Dualshock 4 Utilizing a similar design as the popular Wireless Controller for PlayStation 3(DUALSHOCK 3), DUALSHOCK 4 features new innovations to deliver better gaming experiences. DUALSHOCK 4 incorporates a new highly sensitive six-axis sensor, as well as a touch pad located on the front of the controller, which offers gamers completely new ways to play and interact with games.

DUALSHOCK 4 features a light bar on the top with three colour LEDs that illuminate in various colours. The light bar illuminates to match the colour of characters in a game to offer a simpler, friendlier way to identify players, even when playing side by side. The light bar also changes patterns during gameplay to provide useful information to gamers, such as when a character is critically low on health or has taken major damage.

In addition, DUALSHOCK 4 will come with a built-in speaker and stereo headset jack, enabling PS4 users to enjoy high-fidelity sound effects of games from both the TV and also from the controller. Combined with the Mono Headset that will be bundled with PS4, gamers will also be able to chat with friends playing online, while hearing sound effects from the controller in hand. While integrating “SELECT” and “START” buttons on DUALSHOCK 3 Wireless controller into a new “OPTIONS button”, DUALSHOCK 4 is newly equipped with a “SHARE button” to further enhance PS4’s social capabilities.

The “SHARE button” allows gamers to easily broadcast their gameplay in real-time to friends through internet streaming services such as Ustream. Users can also share their triumphs and accomplishments by uploading video gameplay to Facebook with the “SHARE button”.

      How Does Shopville Process Returns?

      All returns on unwanted product must be in their original condition
      and may be returned within thirty (30) days from the shipment date
      at the buyer's expense (exceptions will be made during times of postal delay).

      Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (unless we send you
      the wrong item or defective product
      , but more on that later). 

      PREVIOUSLY-ENJOYED titles may only be returned for exchange/store credit.

      New merchandise MUST be returned or exchanged in NEW condition
      with all original packaging and contents.
      PREVIOUSLY-ENJOYED merchandise MUST be in the same
      condition and with the same packaging and contents as when purchased.

      How Does Shopville Handle Refunds?

      Refunds are issued once an item is returned to us and is
      confirmed in the same condition as it was upon leaving Shopville.

      Refunds are not offered on PREVIOUSLY-ENJOYED products,
      ONLY exchange/store credit.

      How Does Shopville Handle Improperly Shipped Items/Damaged Deliveries/Defective Product?

      All items are warrantied for thirty (30) days from the day they leave Shopville.
      If your item arrives and is the incorrect item, is damaged, or is defective,
      simply contact us to initiate a no-hassle return.

      Defective or damaged products can be replaced ONLY with the same product,
      unless it is no longer available in which case a credit will be given.
      In the event of damaged or defective product, the customer
      will be emailed a pre-paid return label and will pay NO return shipping fee.

      In the event we ship the incorrect item, a pre-paid return label
      will be emailed to the customer and the product will be replaced
      with the CORRECT item immediately upon arrival of the INCORRECT item back at Shopville.
