As Canada Post continues to operate during this unprecedented situation, they expect to face ongoing challenges. They are prepared to adapt to the rapidly changing circumstances around COVID-19, including implementing contingency plans that will enable them to serve our customers in communities across Canada.

As a result of potential impacts related to their local facilities and air transportation, we are letting you know that effective today (March 18) Canada Post will be suspending their On-time Delivery Guarantees for all parcel services, until further notice. MOST STANDARD SHIPPING ORDERS WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 10 - 14 DAYS from the date they are processed.

We use a country-wide network of fulfillment centers to get you your item as fast as possible, whether you live on the West Coast in British Columbia or in a hamlet in Newfoundland! Live in the USA? We also have fulfillment centers within the United States... So you NEVER pay customs fees!

Orders will ALWAYS arrive within the promised delivery times which can be found below and on our Shipping Information page!

PLEASE NOTE: If your order is being shipped from an External Fulfillment Center*,
it may not mark as shipped until it is assigned a tracking number
which can take several days.

While most packages will be delivered within 2-7 business days, they will sometimes arrive within the extended shipping times below (estimated delivery times begin on the first full business day after your order is processed):

USA - USPS

• USA (First Class/Media Mail - Tracking Included): Typically 5-10 business days, may take up 14 days.
• USA (Priority Mail - Tracking Included): Typically 2 to 5 business days, may take up 7 days.
       (Some exceptions apply; Alaska and Hawaii may experience additional delays).

Canada - Canada Post

• Canada (Standard - Tracking NOT Included): Typically 6-10 business days, may take up to 20 days.
• Canada (Expedited - Tracking Included): Typically 2-4 business days, may take up to 8 days.
• Canada (Express - Tracking Included): 1 - 2 business days. (Some exceptions apply).

Shopville operates and ships both our Canada and USA orders Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) and Standard delivery to the USA and Canada is always FREE over $35!

* Orders handled via an External Fulfillment Center may be shipped using carriers other than the ones listed above, and are fully covered by our No-Hassle Return Policy. Orders will not be safe-dropped for your protection.
